COOL BREEZE AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

This review involved the handling of a central heating issue through American Home Shield (AHS). The heating blower fan would continuously run, and the gas heating element failed to fire up. Thus, no heat. This resulted in me having to kill power to the blower unit through my breaker box. After contacting AHS, they assigned Absolute Air Conditioning & Heating to address the issue. The company reached out to me on the same day and scheduled an appointment. On November 12, 2018, Erik arrived at 2:20 pm. We proceeded upstairs for him to examine my central heating unit. Following his examination and testing he advised me that he had to reset the flame rollout on top of the burner compartment. Additionally, he also found that my second story heater vent pipe had become filled with hornets. Erik was able to remove most of the hornet debris from the pipe. With the flame rollout reset and the removal of debris my heating system is now working fine. The tech Erik was very professional. He did a great job.

I have a home insurance plan, when my air conditioner stopped working I called and they sent out Cool Breeze to do the repair work. It was a hot day in July when this happened and it took a few days for the company to get to us. The insurance company said it was whom they dealt with and we would have to wait until they had time for us. The company was very good when they did finally arrive. We were told the reason for the wait was the distance from our location to there s. The air conditioner needed a new part and the service man replaced it very quickly, at no charge to us because of the home insurance plan.

We had the company come out when our air conditioner wasn't working properly. It didn't take them very long to get here. They were courteous. When they were done, our air conditioner cranked out cold air.
