It was a positive experience for the most part. I had to reside my house with hardboard siding and they did a great job with the siding. I would totally trust them and definitely recommend them to anybody for siding. I had some problems with the painting. They missed some parts and I am kind of a particular person and they weren’t as neat; there were drips. They agreed to paint my windows and they painted them shut; so we had some issues with that. At the end, I think everything worked out. It was a little bit of a headache with the painting. They painted the siding that they installed. I work and wasn’t there all day, but if you are home and watch them and keep a check on their work, I think they would do a better job.

Their clean up was exceptional. The doors and windows were those that I specified. I paid a lot of money, but I feel that I got what I paid for. They were professional, prompt and a real joy to work with. I don?t know all the names of the crew, but I would like for Gary Eanes and his crew to be mentioned. They were really interested in my satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again.

I had a number of service contractors bid on the work to be done, however many of the representatives were just salesmen. Harold came out and bid on the job and then oversaw the work from start to end. He was always available to take my questions and concerns. The crew that did the actual work were prompt, courteous, and respectful of the property. I plan on have a covered porch built in the future and will use CTS for that job as well.

The bid was presented in much more detail than other bids so I knew exactly what I would be getting for my money. Possible "unseen" extra costs, such as wood rot, were detailed in bid review. Workmen tidied work area every day, supervisors made regular visits and calls, went very smooth.

I received a call from Eliel less than 15 minutes after making the estimate request on line. He came out to give the estimate the day he said he would. Met us at a work site where they were finishing up a job similar to ours. After inspecting the quality of their work, we agreed for them to do our job. They started when they said they would, cleaned up the work area each day and completed the job in the time they said. The covered porch looks like a part of the house. We are very pleased.

Harold with CTS Exteriors was out in a day to give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. I had 3 other estimates, and chose CTS Exteriors - they were mid-price range, but gained my confidence in knowledge and reliability. Harold stayed in contact with me, and informed me of any weather delays. The crew was nice and clean, they did an excellent job! There were no "hidden" costs, they did what they promised and with tremendous professionalism. I highly recommend using Contractors Turnkey Services, for any siding remodeling. Ive heard horror stories from neighbors about remodeling projects that went "bad". I feel that CTS Exteriors (Contractors Turnkey Services, Inc.) is a rare find in todays world. Ill use them for any future exterior remodeling. Patios, etc.

I had gotten several bids when I came across this companys website. They came in a lot lower than the other bids and thats because they dont pay a salesman, just the crew.
