It was wonderful. I was a very nervous dog mom, I can tell you, because my girl is older and shy and had never flown before. We were greeted by name at the Continental cargo desk at LAX, and the people there, especially Regina, fussed over my big baby and me. They obviously love dogs, and understand the stress travel, especially traveling in a crate in an airplane, can put on a dog. They put my travel crate together for me, petted my baby, gave her water, and made sure she was as comfortable as could be under the circumstances. My son picked up our girl in Cleveland, and he said the Continental cargo staff there were wonderful too. Our big baby arrived safe and sound, and best of all, happy. I will use PetSafe again, and highly recommend it.
