We knew what we wanted. They didn't have it. They got it for us from another store. They delivered right on the day we wanted it. They took the old one out and put the new one in. All done. They delivered right on time. Had no problems swapping them out. Taking the old out and putting the new in.

The refrigerator purchase went well so we went back and got a dryer. It was fine. My wife went and asked questions about it. Decided on the dryer. They delivered it on time and took out the old one. That was it. They explained everything. Why we should buy this one instead of the other one. Made my wife happy that is number 1.
