They did a great job. It has been 8 months since the work was completed and my driveway still drains fine.

They arrived when they said they would and finished up when they promised. They cleaned up after themselves and left the are neat and clean. They were courteous of neighbors in terms of parking their trucks and waiting until after 8 AM to start up machinery.

quality of job and customer service is very good. Only problem is that they are too busy and appointments are 4 to 5 weeks out. I guess it speaks of their good reputation. No complaints.

"Straight as an Arrow" - Thank you so much for straightening our sidewalk!  Saved us money and took the worry out of the liability issue.  The two gentleman that came out to work on our property were exceptional.  Great, friendly owner too!

In late October 2015, I contacted CRC through their website and requested a quote.  Duane came out a couple of days later and made a detailed drawing of all the cracks in our longer than average driveway.  We were happy with the price; however, Duane warned us it could take several weeks to get on their schedule since our work would be a small job for them.  CRC goes all over Southeast Texas and they would have to wait until they have at least two jobs in our area to perform.  That was okay with us as we were not in a rush.  We signed a contract and gave them a $100 deposit.  In early December I telephoned the office to check if we would soon be on the schedule.  Not yet, I was told, but it should not be much longer.  Just before Christmas, CRC called and told me the crew would be there on January 7.  And they were there bright and early.  They did a very good job considering our driveway was badly cracked and heaved.  After the repair, our driveway was, for the most part, level again.  Keep in mind, CRC is leveling the driveway as best they can.  It will not be perfect.  Since a brand new driveway would have cost us at least $10,000, we were happy to pay $1,300 for the leveling.  The cracks were still there of course.  My husband had planned to fill in the cracks himself, but one of CRC's crew does that work as a sideline and offered to perform the work for us for several hundred dollars.  We agreed and we are very happy that our driveway is now safe and level.  Keep in mind the cracks do need to be filled in to prevent water getting through and undermining the leveling compound.

It was rocky from the start.  I called to get an estimate and was told that Duane would call me back.  I waited three days and called them back a second time and was told Duane was off.  I waited another three days, called them back for the third time and was told Duane was out due to an emergency and that she (the receptionist) would try to give my request to another person.  I waited two additional days and called back for the forth time, the receptionist said Duane was behind and she would put the note to call me on his desk.   Duane called me back the next day and said he was heading to my house.  I wasn't prepared for him since he didn't call back until he was ready to come to my house.  I changed my plans and Duane showed up in less than an hour.
Duane showed up, I explained what I wanted fixed and he said it would be no problem, they could raise my driveway even though it had several cracks.  The quote was reasonable so we accepted the offer and sent in our 100.00 deposit.  I was told that I would receive a call from the office once my deposit was received and they would get us on the schedule.
I never received a call, just a generic email telling me what day they would start the work, no start time given.  I was getting upset at this point since CRC didn't even consider OUR schedule. The email did say to call Duane for any changes but I didn't bother because I had bad luck the first 4 times I tried to contact him.  I did mention that we live close to an elementary school and if they could start work after 8:00 am to let the school traffic calm down.   Duane said it would be no problem.
The crew show up at 7:50 am, not after 8:00 am as originally requested.  The foreman was nice enough but asked me what exactly do you need fixed?  I explained to him what I had explained to Duane and he said our driveway was not fixable, it would need to be replaced.  At this point, I'm really getting upset, I gave CRC my 100.00 deposit to fix my driveway and when crew arrives they say it cant be fixed?  I walked the foreman over to the portion of the sidewalk and patio we wanted fixed and he said that was no problem.  The foreman agreed to fix additional portions of the side walk at no additional cost since they weren't able to fix the driveway.  I'm not sure if I received a bargain or over paid to get the sidewalk fixed.
If you are requesting service for your driveway, if it has a lot of cracks, it can't be raised.  The drilling will cause it to crack further. Do get estimates from other companies, even though CRC is the cheapest. The first company that came out to give me an estimate said that the driveway could not be raised because there were too many cracks. I should have listened but I didn't, lesson learned.   If you need your sidewalk raised, realize that once you raise one section, it may throw the other sections out of balance and they may have to be raised as well.
CRC did a good job on what they fixed but I have to rate them a C- due to the lack of communication.  Lack of communication with me, the customer and lack of communication between the office scheduler, salesman and foreman.
All in all, good job on work completed, BAD job on communication and work promised.
CRC is great for sidewalks, not good for cracked driveways.
I'm not sure if I would use them in the future but had to check "no" because there isn't a "not sure" button.

I called for a bid and was contacted a day later by Duane to set up a appointment. Duane was on time and did a profesional job explaining the process and what they could and could not do. I did get 3 bids and 1was way out of the range because they used a lighter material to do the lifting.I chose CRC because of the website had a news artical about work the did for the City of Baytown. i signed the agrement and sent in my100.00 deposit. They set up my job on the when needed it done by, the crew arrived on time and did a great job. I also showed them additional side walks I had not noticed after the bid. The forman gave me a additional charge it would cost and I excepted it. When they were done I chose to pay the full amount before they left because I was very satisfied with the job. Later that day I realized I wrote the check for the full amount with out deduction the deposit I had sent in with the contract. I called the main office and they said the would send me back the deposit. to my surprise I recived the deposit the next day in the mail, they must have put it in the mail right then. It's nice to do business with a company that does what they say they will. I have already told friends, coworkers, and family about CRC and strongly suggested the call the when the need comes up!!!

My driveway was severely buckled and cracked. Another contractor wouldn't do the mud jacking; they would only replace it for $11,000. CRC's bid was within my price range. When I expressed my concern to Duane that the drive was too damaged to lift, he said that they would level it so that it would not be a safety hazard, which was my biggest concern. They scheduled me within 3 weeks after receiving my $100 deposit.
My driveway is far from perfect, and it really does need to be replaced eventually. But I am pleased with the work done and it is as level as it can possibly be, considering the severe cracks. This was an excellent alternative to reducing a tripping hazard at a price I could afford. I am glad I had the work done.
The price was for an ~1000 sq. ft. driveway and after a 10% discount for paying within 7 days of invoice.

I researched and got 3 bids for my job. CRC was the lowest price so I went with them. I never met my sales person Duane, but he was nice enough on the phone the first time or two I dealt with him and answered all my questions to make me feel comfortable enough to go with them. I gave them a deposit of $100 and the green light to proceed with doing the work on my driveway and sidewalk. This was on 11/30/12. In hind sight, I should have gotten a commitment on when the work was to be completed, but I failed to do so. I waited a week after paying my deposit and never heard from them, so I called on 12/7 and asked what the status was and when they would be out to do the work. Duane said my job was in the and quot;to be scheduled pileand quot; and that he didn't think they would be able to get to it before the end of the year because they were shutting down after 12/21 for the year, so it would be January before they could do it. This did not make me happy, and I asked him how long it would take to get my job done, and he said it would only be maybe a 3 hour job, and then proceeded to tell me that they had an extremely large job they had been working nights on for a large company parking lot and it was worth way more than my little $630 job and they had to finish it before they closed for the year. I explained to him that I had been very patient with them, and asked if they could fit my job in sometime before the end of the year, but his scheduler was not in the office that day so he would have to get back with me. I told him had I known they couldn't do the work until next year, I probably would have gone with another company, and he told me I could have my money back and cancel the job if I wanted. I told him I would give him until Monday and if they couldn't get to me before the end of the year, that's exactly what I would do. So the following Monday, I called back and they said they could probably come out an Friday to do the work, so I decided to accept that. They showed up on Friday afternoon about 2pm and were done by 5pm. The 3 man crew was very nice and did a good job. They cleaned everything up nicely, and offered to come back to fix any issues with the patches that might occur if I needed them to, but so far everything looks great and no more terrible thuds pulling into or out of my driveway. I am very pleased with the work that was done as well as the value of it for the price I paid. Had it not been for the initial scheduling issue, I would have given them all A's for Excellent, but I would still highly recommend them for anyone needing this kind of work done.

Called up and got quick response, came over at my convenience to give me an estimate. Suggested a discount if I could delay service until another job was in my area, to save gas and time, due to the size of my job (rather small) and location. Bonded and Insured, received copies when requested. Arrived as scheduled, introduced themselves, explained the process and what would happen - 2and quot; holes would be drilled in strategic locations then mud would be pumped in to raise the concrete - when a problem arrised stopped work to reassess then explain to me issue and next step. Two issues; 1) thick concrete slab would not rise, so dug under and jacked then pumped mud, waiting until dried: 2) another spot was too thin and pumping too much mud would damage concrete more. Once process done, plugged the holes with concrete, washed down and where necessary scrubbed to make as was never there (only complaint on the clean up was that they splashed a lot of the mud from the work area onto vegitation, but quickly spotted and hosed off.)
Very professional, conscientious, aware of where to be careful with personal items and their work area. Assessed, executed and cleaned up quickly and expeditantly. I would recommend to anyone that requires concrete floating of any type to try them.

Daniel Chris, the salesman, was professional and upfront about the process. The only issue we ran into was that we asked CRC to come out AFTER a certain date because we were going to be out of town. They came when we were gone, however, requiring us to call them back to finish the driveway since a vehicle was parked on it the first time they came. Otherwise, we were satisfied with the job they did.

Dwayne returned my call quickly and stopped by to give an estimate. His prices were really good. He was able to tell me how he could fix the cracks without tearing out the entire driveway. The repair was scheduled as soon as a day was set, and Dwayne was right on time. After he repaired all the cracks, he checked the driveway for smoothness and levelness. He cleaned up any mess and did an excellent job.
