After receiving several estimates all of which were comparable in price but we decided to go with Houston Concrete raising over the others because of their 3 year warranty. Although they were punctual in getting the job done and did what appeared to be a good job, a short time after completion of the job (about 2 weeks) one of the panels that had been raised sunk again. I contacted them and was informed they would be out to look at the situation and get the repair done . I have since called multiple times, each time being told it would be taken care of in a week or two. Here we are 2 months + after my first call about the warranty repair and it is still done.
