The entire staff were polite and treated me professionally. I never felt like they were taking advantage of my situation.
The quote they gave me was low based on it taking many more hours than 1st proposing their plan of action.
They stuck to that quote, only extra charge was the new hard drive, a reasonable $100.00.
I have been slowly updating my proprietary software and am 100% satisfied with their service!

If I had to describe Computer Wiz in one word, I might be a bit unorthodox and say " ALWAYS."  As in, they are always on time, always efficient, always knowledgeable, always professional, always successful in solving our problems, always quick to respond when we have a legitimate emergency need, always a good value, and a vendor that we plan to use always!  In particular, Jonathan knows all things computer, but he is an accounting professional who also understands business and that is a huge plus for us.  Jonathan and his team have been an invaluable resource for our company.

I placed a phone call to Computer-Wiz  on 03/16/2015 and took the computers in. Marc Called me to discuss the repairs. System maintenance cleaning was done on the Dell Desktop and Wipe and configure windows on the Acer Laptop Computer. also Titanium Internet security on Both Computers They working very well. The staff was very courteous and nice, All of my questions was answered and I am very pleased. I would recommend and use them again.

Didn't work, but owner made attempt to resolve situation and credited  my credit account for all charges.....quick response.....so I am changing my review to reflect this

Marc, Vincent and Monica do an awesome job.  Always friendly and willing to help.  They listen to the problem I'm having and provide solutions.  They are quick to respond and realize my business revolves around being in consistent contact with my clients.  I would and have recommended them to all my friends and clients.

Every transaction with them has gone smoothly.  It typically goes exactly how they present it.

My speaker connection was not my problem why there was no sound. I was missing necessary software needed to make sound. The gentleman explained everything he did, and I was aware that he was very knowledgable. I would recommend the service of this company to my friends and family
