They should just keep the service from going down every couple of months. Their employees are good and knowledgeable when I call in. I'm in the process of shopping around.

Professionalism, when they come to your property, is not bad, but when you go to their store which I have to do occasionally is not very good. Price and reliability both need to be better.

I can't compare the prices to anybody else. Sometimes the internet won't be available, or the TV won't be available, or they are doing repair work in the area and that affects everything. I will continue to use them as of right now.

It costs $380 a month. They're slow. I have to stay with them. It's my only option.

They are fine. It works. Their pricing is okay but I don't like contracts. If there is an outage, they will text you and tell you that there is an outage and how long it will be probably. So you don't have to call them and ask them why cable is off. I have never had them come out except when they put it in. I would use them in future if I have to.

I despise them. Every time I ever have to deal with them its difficult, our internet goes out. If there is any other service provider in the area I would go with them. We have no choice in our area. They are awful. They are terrible, the individual people are nice but the company itself is terrible.

First they told me that I had to buy home phone service even though we don't have a home phone and only use cell phones. Missed the first four hour window, but made the second. Installer didn't know about wireless internet and had to call in for instructions then put the modem in a spare bedroom instead of in the office room, and he hooked up all the home phone service even though I told him not to bother. I had to pay extra of course for the wireless internet and phone installs. They started raising prices every six months and told me there was nothing they could do about it. The TV quality was poor and definitely not the HD I was paying for and the wireless internet was mediocre at best. When I finally got fed up enough and called to cancel, the rep told me how disloyal I was along with other choice words I probably can't say on here. He said they would send me a box to return the equipment because he said there wasn't a return center near me which turned out to be a lie. The boxes they sent clearly didn't fit my equipment and if I had used the big main box they sent, then all the equipment would be broken and I would have to pay for it. Instead I drove to the address on the box which wasn't far from me to return the equipment. I was told I couldn't return the equipment at that site, but there was a return site a few blocks away. I finally got my equipment returned and was very happy I was done with them.

Comcast / Xfinity is the only cable provider in my area. So yes, I'd use the service again. I've had satellite in the past and the service was even worse.
