Took nine months longer than estimated. Updates were sporadic, despite promises of weekly updates. Owner refused to take responsibility for project and scheduling issues, and owner disrespected us on more than one occasion when we raised red flags about project performance (or lack thereof). Four months after closing, punch list has not been addressed.

The job went very well, they were extremely professional and it looked great. We had solid communication through the entire process and we sold the house within 12 days of being on the market. They weren't the cheapest quote we had, but we went with them because they seemed to be the most professional and they didn't let us down.
