The initial idea that was presented to my husband and I was absolutely amazing, but it was followed by poor service, which was full of a neglect and empty promises. Owner of Coco’s nursery kept forgetting the landscaping details we discussed and stuck to her own agenda to get a payment fast, and leaving us to deal with the consequences of her “magnificent” job such as ruined drainage, buried sewage, misplaced flowers, and plants. Some of the plants weren’t even planted, instead, they were left on top of the dirt. I don’t want anyone else to go through this. Tatyana V, Houston

"I apologize for the inconvenience that you've experienced however we had an agreement in writing with a drawing of the scope of work which was strictly doing the Landscaping ... .later on your husband and your self wanted a estimate for lighting and an estimate for drainage I gave you a written estimate for the drainage for 2500 ... and it looks like you've already hired someone else to do the lighting at the flags in your flower beds that we just redid if you have any problems with the Landscaping don't hesitate to call us ..2 year warranty on the new plants and and the craftsmanship the flower beds. Excellent job, Debora was great at suggesting what needed to be done, especially after Harvey. I didn't flood but there was a lot of standing water. This time I hope to be better prepared. Her crew also helped me with putting my screened in pool structure back together. She is very professional and has a talented, hard working crew that work a wide variety of things.

The design process and plan itself was creative, thoughtful, and fit well with our needs. However, the service provider's responsiveness was less than ideal, requiring us to contact her twice in order to set up the service. We also were expecting to receive a quote from her or at least a breakdown of the anticipated costs. Neither were forthcoming, which means that we'll need to ask for a quote from another company or perform the work ourselves.

They get their foot in the door and they sell you all this other. 2 of the plants died and she wouldn't replace them.

OK. It was really just a normal estimate that I would get from a contractor. The $45 seems to be just a fee to get somebody to come out and give an estimate. The person was extremely knowledgeable on plants and had some great ideas for our back yard. Am getting some other quotes, but would feel comfortable with them doing the work if we end up going with them

It was fantastic! I do not have a green thumb and was feeling overwhelmed with where to start. Also, from reading info online, I didn't know the best material and plants to use. Deborah listened to my concerns and provided recommendations. She provided a quote for the work. It is not in our budget to do everything but I know we can tackle some ourselves and can use her for the bigger things - such as removal of large plants and landscaping materials. I feel we have a starting point. She gave me such a positive feeling that my husband and I, with work and some weekends, we can get the yard looking presentable again.

We are very pleased with all the work done by Coco's Nursery. We have a big backyard that had very poor drainage and no landscaping. Coco's came in and added a great drainage system and now we don't have to wipe off our dogs paws every time they go outside. Deborah is very knowledgeable about landscaping from drainage issues to the best kinds of plants to put in the yard. We now have a beautiful backyard with no standing mud puddles, wonderful rock beds, and a yard full of grass.

When it was done it looked beautiful but a few weeks later the stuff they used between the gaps were gone. Called and they came to repair it. Promised that I would not have any other problems. Well now the concrete is cracking, some of the concrete blocks are loose, the bender boards are pulling away from the walk, the board at the barn door came off and the concrete is crumbling.

My back yard was a mess. Every time it rained my yard filled up with water which took days to drain off. My biggest concern was a fear the strong possibility for water getting into my home. I needed a French drain system and landscaping. After a few estimates, I contracted with Coco’s nursery and landscaping. Their work was professional, on time, and the team was vey knowledgeable. My yard was completely transformed. I no longer have a problem with drainage and I now have a back yard that I can actually enjoy. I would recommend Coco’s nursery and landscaping to anyone who wants a professional job at a reasonable price.
