Coast 2 Coast Moving & Delivery

I hired Coast to Coast movers in March 0f 2024. When they came to my apartment their truck was already loaded with other furniture. I watched them damage the walls in the apartment I moved out of. There were two guys, but one of them was moving items that was too heavy for one person. They damaged the entrance to the new apartment in three places. They damaged my 65 in television. They one of the movers offered to give me one of his televisions. Then they tried to tell me that I damaged the tv and lied on them. I disputed the charges with my credit card company, but it didn't cover the cost of buying a new television. They still have a bracket from my adjustable bed frame that they still have not returned. I would never use their service again.

Backed into the driveway gate and destroyed it and bent the post over. Ran over pavers leading up to the front porch breaking them up. After 1 month of calls and now blocked calls - still has not repaired the damage.

Everything happened on the schedule.  There was a problem getting some
items back, but Nesto took care of it.  Price ended up being higher, but
they worked hard and did a great job for the most part

Provider called and stated that they would only honor the deal if I agreed to pay an additional $45. I refused the new offer and the provider asked that I seek a refund from Angie's List. The provider blamed the malfunction on Angie's List. Whoever is to blame, this was a gigantic waste of time and effort.

Overall, I was very happy with the service.  I would consider using them again.

I am very impressed!!! The three guys were very punctual, polite and courteous. They moved quickly and did not take a break. I highly recommend this company. They carefully wrapped everything and handled it with delicate care. Not one thing was mis-handled, broken, chipped or damaged. I have to say Angie's list has a winner here. now I know why the advertisements say "Thank you Angie". Now it's my turn, thank you Angie you have been a God send!

We needed a one day move to get my daughter from Houston to Denton TX. It had to be done in one day because of apartment leases etc. It was difficult finding a mover that was willing to do this for under $2400, but I read the reviews on Angie's list and chose them. It was a great decision. They contacted us both two days and one day before the move to make sure everything was ready to go on our end, called when they got caught in the infamous Houston traffic although they were still on time had her one bedroom apartment in Houston loaded by 10:00 and were in Denton by 3:30. They finished unloading around 4:30. Everything arrived in good shape with no breakage or damage. These guys were courteous, prompt and polite. EXCELLENT customer service and if I ever have occasion to move to or from Houston again, I know who I'll call.

WENT GREAT THE GUYS WERE SO NICE AND CAREFUL WITH OUR FURNITURE. I  WILL BE HIRING THEM AGAIN TO MOVE EVERYTHING OUT OF STORAGE INTO THE HOUSE WHEN THE REMODEL IS DONE...

Driving rains and flooding that day had Houston traffic at a standstill.  My job was the second of the day...but the moving team called me to keep me updated with the delays as they came up.   All in all they made up the lost time, were professional and efficient.
