Clean-Rite Pressure Washing

Joe was great. He arrived on time and began work immediately. First sprayed a solution of bleach and something else then went over it again with the power washer. He sprayed some extra areas on the house also.

I have used Clean-rite several times in the past.  The price is reasonable and they do a good job with the windows and house in general.  My problem this time is that I had a couple issues I wanted to discuss regarding some streaks left by the power washing on the stucco.  I emailed them twice and left a message via voicemail once over the timeframe of a month or 2, but there has been no response.  I even included pictures of the areas of concern.  I feel that I am a pretty reasonable person and the issues I am seeing may just be because it is getting time to repaint my stucco, but I feel that I at least deserved a call back and consultation.
I had an issue once before that was very minor that they did respond to, but essentially dismissed my concern.
I do feel like they do a good job in general, but they completely dropped the ball on follow-up.

He did a fantastic job. I rate him high overall. I liked their service and the people that came.

Joe came to the house and performed all services as agreed. Our 50+ year old home in the suburban Spring Branch area of West Houston had never been pressure washed and the difference in the appearance of our home and driveway is remarkable. Joe did an outstanding job and removed decades of dirt, grime, algae, and mildew. He used a very powerful 4000psi Honda pressure washing rig and a bleach solution to do the job.  He was a pleasure to work with. You can be confident he will do an outstanding job for you.

Shannon did a fabulous job.  He has a large rotating brush machine which cleans everything very well with a solution before he power washed.  Everything looked great.

We have a two-story home that we had power-washed. We also had the windows cleaned and the driveway and sidewalk power-washed. It looks great. I wished we had done this sooner. We have decided to have him come back every year as it makes all the difference in the way our home looks. Very professional. His company carries insurance in case of any problems. We called and set up a time for him to come a week later.

Bit of miscommunication on both my part and company owner's part. Owner understood we were simply looking for a pressure wash prior to repainting; my neighbor and I merely wanted to remove dirt and grime from the stucco finish as a section I had cleaned with my own pressure washer showed that the paint underneath was okay. According the owner, the paint on the upper levels of the house, exposed to sun during the majority of the day, had broken down, hence the inconsistent results between 3rd floor and rest of front facade.

Perfect. I was amazed by the beauty of the house. It was as if we were living in a new home again. (please note: the pictures attached are what the house looked like *before* Joe cleaned--these spots are now, of course, perfectly clean).

The work was done professionally and efficiently. Joe explained to me how to prevent mold from ocurring behind the air conditioners and how to maintain the good looks of the flagstone around the pool area.

He's very accommodating, honest, hard working and a pleasure to work with. There has been more than one year where I've called him with very little warning and he makes every attempt to schedule so that everyone is happy. He's come out on Sundays before. He does whatever he has to do to make you happy and satisfied. I even get an Angie's List discount. I'm thoroughly pleased with him and I would highly recommend him. I will absolutely continue to use him in the future.

Mr. Quigly arrived on time, did a good job, and charged the amount quoted over the phone. This gentlemen, and I use the word intentionally, was polite, professional, and very pleasant. I intend to use this company again in the future, and have no hesitations whatsoever in recommending Mr. Quigley.

Joe did a careful, thorough job. He did a couple of little extra areas willingly and without adding any cost.

He did a wonderful job and the job was 10-12 hours. Very punctual and honest person. I would definitely hire him again.

My only complaint was that they were about an hour late. Once they arrived, they got to work, got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and did a very good job.

We had had the chimney wash quoted by another firm and they quoted $1,200 which seemed ridiculous. Joe came by to quote and in the process I asked about the other two jobs (patio and sidewalks). The price quoted seemed more than fair and Joe did the work exactly as promised and the outcome is exceptional. I consider the job as first class. We're delighted with the outcome.

Joe came out in person to give me a written estimate. He called ahead the morning of the job to give me an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and performed the work as scheduled. At my request, he went back over a couple of stains on the driveway, and they are not gone but are much better. The driveway looks so good that my young son asked how we got a new driveway. I would recommend that you be there and remind him of anything special you want done, but I liked the work he did.

Excellent job. Responded to my call promptly, on time for prompt estimate with excellent advice, convenient scheduling, professional job with extra care for difficult wood area near roof and mold on spokes of porch railing.

The overall experience was completely satisfactory. The price was in line.

Joe was very nice on the phone and completed the work when promised. I was a little disappointed that the painted trim wasn't cleaned, but then again, I'm not sure if he does that or not. Maybe that's not something one cleans with a pressure washer? I should've clarified.

Arrived on time and did a good job at a fair price.

JOE WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING MY PHONE CALL. HE SET UP THE APPT. FOR A WEEK OUT AND WAS PROMPT AND ON TIME. HIS EQUIPMENT WAS MORE THAN ADEQUATE AND HE DID A GREAT JOB. SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROUGH. USED A SOLUTION OF 10% CLOROX AND SPIC-N-SPAN TO REMOVE STAINS FROM BOTTOM OF BRICK WALL. TOOK ABOUT 4 HOURS TO COMPLETE JOB.

JOHN RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY AND WAS WILLING TO WORK ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE TO ACCOMMODATE MY NEED FOR A RUSH JOB. HE DID A FINE JOB AND I WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM THE NEXT TIME I NEED PRESSURE WASHING DONE.
