 + -1 moreMy furnace was red-tagged. I have no papers on the furnace as well as no guarantee. They also failed to install a new vent pipe which could be a safety issue and would not pass an inspection. They installed a light to clean the air which caused my smoke detectors to go off because it was installed improperly.
Description of Work: Installed a new a/c and furnace.

 + -1 moreThe first time he came out to fix the emergency overflow and check the system, the problem was not fixed. After a call to him, he promptly returned and fixed the problem, which was a major one, and required replacing the entire unit in the attic.
Description of Work: Replace interior unit and re-charged A/C system.
