The first scheduled appointment with them was on Thursday, but the representative failed to show or call. When rescheduled for the next day, someone did show up but didn't even bother to take measurements. Said someone would call with an estimate. Despite repeat phone calls, they have yet to provide an estimate 2 working days after the visit.

This vendor was a referred to me by a coworker. I expected them to do a perfect job. We wanted our concrete extended in our backyard. My husband worked with him on the details to make sure it was the same quality/thickness and bar under the concrete as the existing one. The work was done and looked great. WIth in 2 weeks the NEW concrete was lifting. This vendor did not want to own up to this being in his error. He stated we should have had soil tested. Bottom line this man became very rude and would not fix the work he had done. We had a few other concrete people take a look and tell us what had happened. What he failed to do or mention to us that he needed to do..... when he laid this new concrete was to tie the old concrete and new concrete together. We spent another $500 to have the old concrete raised to match the new concrete that lifted. Would he pay for this or do the work since it was in his error? NO way! Do not use this company! He will skip corners and it will cost you sooner or later.
