They were very prompt and it was very fast. They are probably more expensive than anyone else, but they are an individual business that is known nationwide because they also build speed parts. They are very popular, but I could have probably got it done for two-thirds the cost in another shop. I have a problem with it and I am sure they would address it if I can ever find time to bring it back.

I had a coincidental side-issue with my car upon picking it up that I didn't have prior to it being taken in. Naturally; I would think, I made Circle D aware of it, and Glenn told me to bring it back in most graciously. As events unfolded, it was a dreaded ABS Warning Light Issue with an attending Brake Warning Light matter that had nothing to do with the work they performed. Upon turning me onto another close-by automotive service provider not quite 5-minutes away from them the problem was accurately (and fairly) diagnosed and will be remedied in short order. A two-fer. Great folks referring other great folks.
I sure as h*** wouldn't mind one bit seeing Glenn, Sherry, and company again, but I'm hoping just as equally hard (if not harder) that if I do my car isn't involved save only to get my butt to them and back home without having to leave it there as I'm looking forward to ANOTHER 180,000 MILES + without mechanical incident. :-)
PS: I told Sherry I was going to give Circle D a whiz bang review. Here's something extra. I'm going back Friday and giving Sherry a strip show and Glenn a lap dance. I hope my gender (male), age (63), and mental-state (questionable) are given due consideration and allowed for without calling the cops. HAHAHAHAHAHA!

The service was excellent. Called in the morning to inquire about their services. Had AAA tow the truck to them and they had the job completed by 5 pm.
They called me around midday to tell me what they have found wrong with my transmission in the truck. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable about what my issues were.
I highly recommend Circle D for all your transmission needs.

All I can say is that my nightmare ended when I went to Circle D. I went to another company before Circle D. $2,100.00 and 3 weeks later I was called to pick up my truck and told it was ready. When I got in it to take it home, I could not shift at all. I gave them 1 hour to get it going. They brought it back to me and I started home. Just barely made it. (less than 3 miles away.)
Monday I called Circle D and had it towed to them. After they were able to look at it, they gave me a brief run down and an estimate for the repairs. I was also told that if more work had to be done, it would be about $300.00 more. I said OK & everything was completed in 4 days.
The other company America's Transmission or Thomas Performance Automotive charged me initially $1940.88 plus added on an additional $149.00 and wanted to add even more on. Every day it was a different problem costing me more money. Finally, I told him I did not trust him & wanted my truck back.
It was a breath of fresh air to work with Circle D and will continue to use them. Although I have only had my truck back for 2 days, I am still ahead of the other company. I was able to get home & was able to start it again today. So, I am very pleased.
Circle D was very professional and kept me updated on the progress. Far different from the other company. I had to call them 3 or 4 times a day just to speak with someone. Circle D was a problem free experience for me!

It's been one year since Circle D rebuilt the transmission on our minivan. I am pleased to report that the transmission is still performing well. My recent visit was for service that included a road test, external inspection and drain/fill the transmission. I scheduled a morning appointment. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and within 5-10 minutes my vehicle service began. It was completed within the estimated time of one hour. Very pleased with the service Circle D provided.
