Said I needed to replace a freon line on suction side of compressor. Authorized the repair. Picked up car and 2 weeks later some issue occurred. Took back and now said I now had a leak in the evaporator coil.took to Lexus and they confirmed issue with evaporator coil. I was charged $1200 to replace something that did not need replacing.

"Oil change was performed at Coupon price, we recommended replacing the Air & Cabin Air Filters which were declined, wiper blade replacement is included free of charge with oil change as clearly stated by coupon for regular wiper blades, not Contour Wiper Blades. What is the real complaint?"

I pulled in without an appointment. They were able to take me to work so they could have my car all day. They have company cars that are clean and the driver was extremely courteous.
They called me approximately 2 hours later to say that no repair was needed to the car because the problem was the result of some spray chemical from a fuel filter blow out (previously done to clean out fuel filter) getting on the engine component.
The driver returned at 4:30 to pick me up from the office and take me back to the shop. Again, very courteous-even opened my car door for me. I arrived expecting to be charged something for their time and effort to diagnose the problem. They told me no charge. They value the relationship more than the $25 shop charge that most shops apply just to diagnose a problem.
They practice what they and quot;preach.and quot; They are a business run on Christian values and principles. I will definitely use them for all my repair needs.

My interaction with them was very minimal. I decided not to get the work done but they were fantastic. Their estimate was for $3500. I decided to buy a new car. My overall experience with them was perfect as they were great. If I would have got stuck with the car and had the transmission work done then they would have gotten the job.

Steve was very professional I was presented with an estimate a week before I got the service done. And the same amount that was on the estimate was what I paid for the services. I was given an estimated time that it would take for my car to be repaired. The service was great and I will definitely use them again in the future.
