It arrived promptly when he said he would and did a good job, cleaned up after himself and best of all got it working without major repair.

The crew arrived in not only on time, but 15 minutes early. They covered the stairs with canvas and got to work removing all the old equipment. Meanwhile, another crew was removing and installing the outside equipment. There was a company owner on site at all times. The crew took less than a 20 minute lunch on the porch. The entire operation was finished by 3 or 4 that day. All old equipment was removed from our property as it came downstairs. The crew was quiet and efficient and quiet, no horsing around.

I just bought a home and moved back to Houston. A friend recommended Chimney Rock AC and Heating as I wasn't thrilled about going up into the attic every time the filter needed to be changed. The previous owner, although meaning well, gave me a little wrong information about the system. When I called I didn't think I would actually be able to get someone out that day and it wasn't an emergency. I told them the filter needed to be changed, that I had one, but I also needed an education on this type of system. They said they would be happy to take care of it and teach me about the system. I got a call sometime after lunch and they said they could come out that day. Patrick came out and couldn't be any nicer, or more patient with my questions. Seems the filter should last a lot longer than the previous owner thought and had also told me to change immediately or would cause a compressor issue.....so I was a little panicked about it. After having Patrick here and talking to him I no longer live in fear of having to constantly change the filter in the attic. These people are honest and knowledgeable and I will be calling them for all my heating and a/c needs including yearly check-ups! I also feel their charges are reasonable. ,

They are always available the same day you call them and they don't mess you around. They do good quality work and they are honest.

We have used this company for the past 10 years. They do a semi yearly winter heating and summer a/c tune up. They also have changed out our a/c units and heat pump units in the past years. Troy usually does the service, but Brian and Pat have also done work. They are dependable and do good work.

Everything went excellent. Troy was my service rep and he was very courteous, professional, and thorough. He went into great detail of explaining what he did.

They are very reliable and trustworthy. They are forthright to let you know if you need new equipment or if you can continue to use the old. They are also friendly.

They were okay, and I did not have any problem with them. I was satisfied with the work they did.

We chose this company because they are nearby. I thought that the technician was knowledgeable. I liked that he was thorough and explained things to me. I have used this company a couple times and will continue to. I think the service is superb!

There was a power outage after Rita that fried my compressor, so i with out A/C on Sunday. I called them Monday morning and I had a new compressor and a cool home by 1p.m Monday. I was very impressed. I would definitely use them in the future, and would recommend them to others.

ON TIME AND COURTEOUS SERVICE. COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE.

HAD HEATING and AC REPAIRED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND WAS STILL HAVING PROBLEMS AND CHIMNEY ROCK CAME OUT AND FIXED THE PROBLEMS. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY CONSISTENT. THEY ARE VERY KIND ABOUT REMINDING YOU OF YOUR MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE AND ARE TENTATIVE TO YOUR SERVICE NEEDS.
