I signed a contract with him 9/11/13 and gave him $500.00 so he could by parts. On the contract it stated work would be done in 7-10 days. Didn't hear from him. Finally texted him, he replied he was just busy, stayed out late, it was his birthday and on and on. He said he would call the following Monday to set up time he could install our parts, which we still haven't seen, the next day. By 7pm Tuesday night hadn't heard from him. Texted him, he said he was busy, taking online classes, would call me at 9 pm. Didn't hear from him. Texted him, and he again told me how busy he was, out late, blah blah.. We ask for another date for services. Steve Keane didn't call back. So I texted him. He texted me back he wasn't doing the work and was not going to give us our money back because we bugged him. All we wanted was a installation date. Then I ask him again. He got ugly, started making excuses, telling us what bad people we were. Then my wife ask him for a installation date and he called her a jerk, and a few filthy names. I have since read reviews on other sights and this is his M.O. Takes the money and never does the work. Then he moved and we can't find him, just a phone number 281-381-5183. We tried to explain my husband is sick and terminally ill and that this was a lot of money to us. Steve Keane said he didn't care nor did he want to hear about our problems or my husbands illness. Talking with others, he has been reported to BBB and the Atty Generals Office. Next is the police, since he seems to like to prey on older, sick, or vulnerable people like old widows. BEWARE. STEVE KEANE = DANGER AND A LOSS OF YOUR MONEY. HE IS A FRAUD, A SCAM ARTIST. He drives neighbor hoods looking for problems and trying to drum up business. Lately it has been the Clear Lake Area, Middle Brook, Pine Forest, and Brook Forest neighbor hoods. DON'T LET HIM IN YOUR HOUSE.

They took the money and never returned to do the work. They never returned the money. I sent them a letter to return the money.
