Cheap Stair Parts

Prompt shipping, great quality wrought iron and oak, no mistakes and prompt return calls.  Cheapest and best place to order stair parts online for a layperson, and I researched for literally months.  Definitely order from them again.

I have been looking online for companies that can help with staircase remodeling and I found cheap stair parts. They do not do the actual remodel but they did supply parts for me at better prices than I found elsewhere. I spoke with Douglas for about 2 hours going over design ideas and eventually I sent him a picture of my stairs with some measurements and he helped me create a complete list of parts that I would need. After I figured out everything we needed, I completed my order and they shipped the parts to me. Some of the parts were damaged from the shipping company but he replaced them for me at no cost and he handled the shipping claim! I found a local stair company to do the install and my stairs are lovely!

Could not find balusters to suit our style locally here in Seattle and the only distributor for the House of Forgings products in Seattle did not respond until a week and a half later. Called the HF and received a referral to Cheap Stair Parts who is an exclusive distributor for the HF. I called and left a message. Within 20 minutes Doug called back and I asked a ton of questions and he answered them all. I received an email quote later in the day. I then emailed more questions, concerns, etc. He again replied immediately. He really cares about his customers. I made several changes and Doug always replied immediately. I was leaving on a flight and left a message that the order had to be placed that day. Right before I boarded I called him again and he said it was leaving the warehouse that day!! even before I gave him my payment info. Delivery was received in perfect condition. Our wrought iron was wrapped individually in bubble wrap, then boxed and strapped and wrapped on a pallet. I will definitely use Cheap Stair Parts again!!
