+ -1 moreThey provided title insurance for me. I use Ann Galbraith because she keeps her eye on the file, does not charge to many miscellaneous fees and she knows what she is doing. The price is regulated by the state and she does not have a choice, but the things that she can charge for she is extremely reasonable. I have been working with her for probably 20 years.
