 + -1 moreAll major remodels are very stressful and not without small 'problems'. However, Tom worked through the problems without becoming emotional. He was on the job several times daily and genuinely cared about the outcome. I didn't get the feeling it was just a job for him. Afterall it is my home!
Description of Work: Charter Custom Homes completely demolished my old kitchen and build a new custom kitchen from my plans. Tom O'Brien coordinated various trades to install floors, electrical, plumbing, lighting, cabinets, sheetrock, paint, and appliance installation.
