I have been in business for 18 years, with an excellent rating from the Better Business Bureau. I am an Owner/Operator, I will personally perform all services at your home or business. Unlike larger companies, you will not have a different technician each time service is requested. The positive relationship and trust I have with my clients is my biggest strength. I am a small business, most if not all my jobs comes from current clients and their referrals. Therefore, your customer satisfaction is of great importance to me. I do not subcontract out any work. A written estimates will be given before work is performed, with no surprise charges at the end of the job. I will not sell you any services that you do not request. I do not "bait and switch", or "nickel and dime" you for services performed. I do not "over promise and under deliver", a realistic expectation will be given before the start of a job. I will be respectful to you, your property and appointed service time. My minimum charge is $85.00, plus tax. I perform weekend service if needed. Please leave my a message or text at 832-865-1503. Wow! Donald Lee lives up to his reputation! Several of my colleagues recommended that I contact Donald about restoring the old, dingy grout in a home. Donald arrived on-time, was professionally dressed, respectful of my time and the property, and left the home looking spotless! The grout looks amazing and is now very close to what I assume is the original color.
When I first contacted Donald, he gave me an estimate over the telephone and explained the pros and cons of using an acid wash on the older grout. He also walked me through the cleaning process making certain that I understood the service that he would be providing. I appreciate having up front information so that I could make an informed decision prior to my appointment.
After the grout was cleaned, Donald gave me some tips on how to keep the grout looking as clean as possible.
P.S. Donald also does carpet and upholstery cleaning. My colleagues have used Donald for those services and have glowing reviews as well.
