Turned out my drain filter was plugged with a sponge. But he checked every other possible cause for leaks even though we found the cause early on. It was very thorough.

We have used Champion several times. As usual, they handled out problem smoothly and professionally. Always a pleasure to deal with Bud, the Champion owner.

Service was prompt. Repair men were helpful and through. Very pleased.

The company never contacted us to ask about henproject or give us a quote to repair.

The work went fine, but the price Sue told me I'd pay and what Bud actually charged me was significantly more. No parts involved, just 10 minutes of labor. I won't hire them again, but there's nothing wrong with their work. Just be prepared to be gouged.

Champion takes care of all of our major appliance problems. As usual, the repair went well.

The lady who answer the phone is the beat thing you could get, Budd came to my house to repair my oven, my house has white carpet and white rugs and I don’t allow shoes in my house for allergy and health reasons my daughter politely handed him the disposal blue covers to wear on his work boots he refused and left later he hang up the phone on me .. if you are not professional don’t be in business..

Technician replaced a drain box, took no time to replace, and is now the freezer is working perfectly. It was like having a very smart and handy neighbor in our home. Great customer service!

We were really pleased with them.

Bud was very friendly and I enjoyed having him in my home. Unfortunately, my less than 2 year old ice maker had to be replaced (Kitchenaid), but I feel he was honest about his assessment. I will use this company again.

He was extremely educational. It turned out that the problems were not with my machines. The dryer vent was blocked which was causing the clothes to dry slowly. The dishwasher had more filters than I had known, and I needed to clean them all to get clean dishes. He made a few other suggestions which have all worked well. He was here at least 30 minutes and came the day after I called.

He was on time. Actually got there a day early. Called before and was prompt. Very knowledgeable.

Bud came on 10/27/15 to diagnose problem with oven and discovered transformer in oven and breaker in breaker box was bad. He did not have parts on truck and had to order them and return the following day. He completed the repairs the next day and was very helpful on his recommendations on washer,dryers, & dish washers. During our conversation we asked him about our Jenn-Air stove top and asked if he had parts for it. He had them in his truck and replaced the burner, receptacle, & pans. Now my wife has no excuses for not cooking. Bud was very knowledgeable & neat while performing the repairs.
