+ -1 moreI was told that their price was less than the dealers' . I paid the $73. My wife told me that she was told by the dealer the price would be $35. I called the store manager and asked if she could adjust my bill. She told me that no one had told her that she charged twice as much as she. She told me that if I would buy a key from the dealer and bring her my receipt she would adjust the charge. She had set my expectations too high and so I told her I couldn't accept her offer. The dealer had told my wife that was the total cost-$35.
Description of Work: The manager had a chip key made for me.
