during the install, I had to Call service manager because a tech showed up hours early. The company sent a replacement team at the scheduled time: "John" and another team player who completed the work of full install, cameras and locks within 1 .5 hours. very professional and offered great suggestions on glass break vs motion.... Would have these guys back out any time... Way to go.

The installation was quick and efficient, but left a little to be desired. Lines run on the exterior of a wall was off putting,but it was inside a closet so I can live with it, but it would have been nice to have them fished internally.

We called Armando on Monday to schedule and appointment and decided Saturday afternoon would work best. His team had an opening this morning, ahead of schedule, and called us to let us know they could be at our house in 30 minutes. The technician was on time, worked quickly and explained the system to us. He even went through remote log-in to access our system via iPhone app or the internet and how to add users/codes to our system.
We chose this company based on Yelp and Angie's List reviews and we highly recommended them to our friends and neighbors.

We had an existing system with ADT, but their rate was really high. So we switched over to Central because their pricing was cheaper and they even gave us upgrades for free. After they took over, they came out a fixed the issues with the existing system for no charge.
