I am using Centeno Landscaping (Armando is the owner) for about 15 years now. He cuts my grass, weeds the beds, does Spring Clean up, Cuts my trees, basically everything that is needed in the yard, adjusts the sprinklers or makes changes when needed. He did all of my Landscaping. When I want flowers we discuss where and what I want and it always gets done exactly the way I like it. My neighbor uses him as well. Communication is no problem, he speaks perfect English and so do his helpers, many who have been with him since he started his own business. What I like the most, he is very dependable, always comes exactly as discussed.
Description of Work
Cuts grass, edges, cleans out flowerbeds, Spring Clean up, Sprinkler adjustments or changes. Sprinkler system installing. Tree trimming. Also installed new Sprinkler system at my sons house.

I had used a different company to adjust my sprinkler system as one head was broken and I wanted one bush to get more water and the front trees. (they are also on Angies List) I had not checked their work. I paid 145 $ for that. Went on vacation and came back and had very big areas of drought stress on the grass. The company did not want to come back until 2 weeks later, nobody available. At first we thought our Sprinkler System panel was broken but it was not. The sprinkler head adjustments where all totally screwed up. Luckily I remembered that Centeno Landscaping also does Sprinkler systems. Armando came out the next day after my phone call, adjusted each and ever of the sprinkler heads, replaced several of them. Dug one sprinkler head out as grass had grown over it, that was another reason one area was not getting the water it used to get. He walked me through all of it, we checked it all and I am very happy and satisfied that my sprinkler system is working again as it should. Armando is very professional and knows all about Sprinkler systems . Thank you for the excellent help and most of all thank for for the quick response.
Description of Work
Adjusted all the sprinkler heads, replaced some of them and will add 2 more to the system. We have a rather big bag Yard.

He is good. I have been using him for fifteen years, and he comes on a regular basis. I pay $60 for maintenance. That is throughout the whole year. It includes weeding, cutting, and taking care of the mulch. I have been using him for so long because he does it exactly the way I wanted it when most people just do a haphazard job. That is why I am happy. For example, when he cuts my branches on the tree in the front, he cut it exactly the way I wanted. Maybe other people do not care about it, but I am very particular. I do not want them to come in, go there, and just cut branches off the trees just so the trees are cut. I want the right branches cut to the right length so the trees look good in the end. When he is done with the job, I am happy. I would highly recommend him. He is very dependable. Actually, my neighbor used him because of me. He said my yard looks good and asked me who I was using. I can also talk to him, tell him what I need, and he does it. He is always very professional on all those years that I have known him. I do not think that his price is the most expensive or the cheapest. He is right in the middle.

I use the lawn and yard services of Centeno Landscaping. Last December, he did some landscaping for me. Basically, all my landscape changes that I have were done by him.

the owner met with me to see exactly what we wanted done and gave me the quote for the job and they showed up the same day each week and never missed.
Description of Work
They mow and triim the yard weekly and blow the sidewalks and driveway and patio off . They also pull weeds if needed.

I did not sign a contract with him. He takes care of the basics. I think sometimes he over charges. He is very reliable and has a pleasant personality. He comes over every week in the spring and summer. In the winter it just depends on the need.

He mows my lawn and trims the trees when it needs it. We pay extra to have mulch put down.
