After a thorough diagnostic found a problem too severe to be repaired, Brian accepted the coupon and waived the usual fee as nothing had been done to constructively improve the iPhone 5s. Responsive, respectful and fair - you won't get geek condescension from this staff. Highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Diagnostic performed to see why camera was not working on iPhone 5s. If only camera needed to be replaced was quoted price of $39.
