He is very professional, interacts with customers, and answers all my questions. He is makes him self available, he is very timely, and prompt. He is honest and well priced. Again, he goes above and beyond. They are a very reputable company. The experience was unexpectedly terrific!

I called CC computer repair at 11:00 concerning my computer and by 11:15 the technician, Erick H., was at my house. CC computer repair has an office but I was expecting a plumber so I could not leave my home and I needed to get some paperwork out asap. Luckily for me, the owner, Erick H. came, resolved my computer issue and even relocated my equipment to another room which I had been wanting to do for some time. Even though, he was at my home for about 2 hours, he only charged me a very nominal amount. He was completely professional, personable, efficient and very clean. He was able to get me running again and even repaired the holes in my wall left by the cable lines. This young man was extremely polite and went beyond the call of duty concerning my equipment. I will call this company in the future for all my computer needs! This company is also starting a mobile repair service for people like me who desparately need help resolving issues at home.
