Garrett Perkins was fantastic! He was quick to respond and very efficient. He got back to me within hours, came out to walk my roof, and provided a clear estimate. Within just two days, he and his crew were out to complete the job. The price was very reasonable, and the work was excellent. Professional, courtesy, and reliable. He was informative, professional, and personable every step of the way, making the entire experience stress-free. The gutter installation went perfectly and looks fantastic—the quality speaks for itself. We did run into a very minor issue, but within an hour of mentioning it, the owner himself Daniel came to our home and fixed it immediately. That kind of customer service is rare and so appreciated! The window installation was seamless and efficient. Tyler and Jamie did an exceptional job with the install, showing great attention to detail and care for our home. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly, and Garret did an excellent job overseeing the process. I cannot recommend Jordan enough. If you’re considering replacing or renovating any exterior features of your home, Castrum is the team to call!
