The girl that I have comes every other week. She should probably do random checks on the homes to see if her workers are doing a good job. I don't think it should always be up to the homeowner to sit down and say, "You're not doing this, you're not doing this." Just like you would do anybody that works for you, you kind of checkup on how they're doing their job. She doesn't do that and then, it's not like she checks in with her clients to see if there is anything that she could do to improve her employees. I usually just tell my housekeeper, "You missed this, you missed that." Their price is reasonable for what they do. If I text her, she texts me back. I don't have any problem with them personally or anything, it's just things that they could do better or go a little slower and be more detailed.

We discovered a few broken glasses, and Carrie offered to reimburse. Very nice, responsive and professional.

There was one person that came and I felt comfortable with her. It took her about 3-4 hours to clean the entire house, which I didn't think was bad at all.

When I initially contacted Carrie to inquire about maid services, she was responsive and helpful in determining the cost for service and availability right over the phone. I met Cecilia one time to show her our home and discuss our cleaning preferences. She has cleaned our home weekly and does a great job of being on time and cleaning thoroughly. Thank you!

Carries Maid Service has been cleaning for me for the past two months. Excellent service every two weeks.

I am very pleased. I have never encountered any problems with Carrie s. I feel the pricing is reasonable. I trust them very much to come to my home and clean. Nothing has ever been missing. I sometime leave a key for them to let themselves in. I would say that they are very professional.

We hired Carrie's a total of four times. The first time the job was done with moderate professionalism. Each time after that the quality got worse. We had to call them back on two separate occasions. They did not correct the mistakes on either. After arguing about payment for a sub-par job, we finally decided to clean the house ourselves, it was not worth the headaches.
