Construction went pretty good in the beginning. However, with the detailed items like window openings and door openings and vent openings, they did not perform well at all. One window opening was out of level one inch over 3 feet. Not good. One vent opening was the wrong size. Two other vent openings were made the incorrect size as well. The only problem with these is that they are 15 feet in the air and not easily fixed. They did attempt to fix the non-level window, but were only able to minimize the damage to 1/4" out of level.
Now they are refusing to accommodate my schedule and dictating that I need to be there when they are ready. Over a three week period I have made available 10 days for them to do the service and they will not accommodate me.
I like them for the pricing and the turnkey nature of their services. But if you want anything like windows that are level or openings that are the correct size, look elsewhere. Their labor crew shows up as if they just woke up under an overpass. And, there are different characters each day. Do not expect any consistency in the labor force. It is a shame. I paid a lot of money to have it all tainted by the labor crew.
