We could not be more pleased with the service and installation of our carpet! We found this company with some internet research and saw that they were recommended on Angie's List. We appreciated their assistance in selecting a carpet, and coming to our home to measure. They brought the sample board with them and gave us great advice on the color carpet we purchased. The installation team was prompt, hard-working and professional. We would not hesitate to use Carpet Villa in the future. After such a positive experience, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Carpet Villa had a good selection of carpet and Sam was very pleasant and gracious with us. We had shopped around prior to that and Carpet Villa finally had the right color of carpet in our price range. We went to one more carpet store and quickly decided that Carpet Villa was the right place to purchase our carpet. We were going thru a remodel and were only putting carpet in the bedrooms. Since the bedrooms were being done one at a time, that meant 3 different installations. Sam sold us our carpet - held our carpet until it could be installed and also did not charge us anything extra for the added trips or installations. The installers came on time and were very professional and did an outstanding job. I couldn't be happier with our purchase!

The new carpeting we had installed is thick pile carpeting with sponge cushioning underneath. The installers were well mannered and very prompt. The job took less than one full day. The old carpeting had to be removed before the new was installed. The new carpet vacuums extremely well and stains come up very easily with the stain guard version. The carpets are all laid nice and tight especially on the stairway. They did a good job and the cost was competitive.
