Carpet Cleaning
THEY DID NOT BRING THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT TO DO THE JOB. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TRUCK AND HAD TO USE HAND EQUIPMENT TO CLEAN THE RUG. THE JOB DID NOT COME OUT VERY WELL. THEY PROMISED TO COME BACK ON SEPT 15TH, BUT NEVER CAME BACK. I WOULD LIKE THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND DO THE JOB AGAIN.

Carpet Cleaning
CLEANERS WERE QUIET AND CALM. THEY DID TAKE A LITTLE TOO LONG. IT SEEMED LIKE THEY WANTED TO TAKE FOREVER. THEY ALSO LEFT SOME STAINS LEAVING THE CARPET LOOKING ABOUT THE SAME.
