I have used Carol's Cleaners several times to dry clean clothes for work.  The clothes have always been ready when promised and they have always done a good job.  The price seems reasonable.

Always very professional and personable when I drop off my items. Carol usually mans the desk during the week then I think it is her son on the weekends. Her place is always full of customers wanting something unique and she always responds the best she can. I have been using this cleaners since 2000 and have never lost an item. Top job on zipper replacements, altering and hemming pants. Carol always treats ALL her customers with courteous and respectful greetings and questions.

I've been using them probably for a year. They do a good job, they are reasonable in cost, and I have them back when they say they will.

She was pleased with the results and the prompt, professional service she received. I did not respond on price because I'm not sure how much was shared, however, my sister seemed to think it was fair.

I questioned a bunch of neighbors about whom they use for alterations, and several popped up with Carol's Cleaners. I had purchased seven pairs of men's slack for my husband, but they were too long. Carol charged me $90.00/pair, they were completed in two days, they were expertly hemmed, and Carol herself could not have been more pleasant and professional. I highly recommend her services.

I originally went to this provider because their coupon was on the back of the Kroger recipe. However, with the coupon, their prices are low and their service is good, When they did make a mistake, they readily admitted it and corrected it promptly at no charge.

They are premier when it comes to dry cleaning. It's a small, individually owned cleaners. I would give an A overall.

Had been looking for a dry cleaner where my clothes didn't smell like chemicals when i picked them up. The "eco cleaners" were all too expensive and not that impressive. This one did a beautiful job and the clothes smelled great. My dream come true.

Carol's Cleaners did a wonderful job on 3 separate dry cleaning and laundry orders. They cleaned everything beautifully as if they were their own items. All items were received completely free from wrinkles as well. They are out of the way for me but are worth the drive. I will continue to use Carol's cleaners and would recommend them to everyone.

The work was satisfactory, and the price very fair. However, their "people" skills were sadly lacking. When you work with the public and would like return business, a smile and pleasant demeanor go a long way. I don't expect to be chatted up in busy Southwest Houston, but to be practically glared at when I didn't understand the clipped request for my phone number was unpleasant. I went there on recommendation from Angie's List, but see no point in driving that far out of my way again.

I have a two-story room in my home that has very long windows. I had to have nine curtain panels cleaned in that room quickly, before the painters were done painting the room. That way I could have the painters rehang those very high curtains while their scaffold was still there. I called many cleaners and they said cleaning those long curtain panels would take at least a week. They also said that each panel would cost about $25 each. Finally I looked up Carol's Cleaners on Angie's List. She cleaned the curtains in two days and only charged me $7.00 each! Furthermore, the curtains had elaborate decorative valances and she only charged me $3.00 for each of them. The total cost of the job was only $90.00 and the curtains turned out beautiful.
