I returned to the shop, not realizing that I could enter the CODE myself.  The owner, Shawn, came out to my car and put in the code VOILA!!  The radio worked as did the CD player.  I was thrilled.  
When I asked how much  I owed, he replied "nothing".  I was delighted and surprised that someone would help me with no charge.
Both of these gentleman were very courteous  and did not make me feel like a stupid woman because I had no figured this out on my own.  

They were professional and efficient. He listened to my needs and offered me a variety of choices at a variety of costs. There was no push for things I didn't want or need.

My 2005 Dodge Magnum radio developed very poor reception problems. Best Buy could not solve the problem (actually mis-diagnosed the source of the problem) and the Dodge dealer refused to even look at it due to the after-market radio that was in the car (note! I had told them when I called that I had replaced the radio - they had told me to bring it in and they'd check it out). I dropped off the car and it sat there all day before they called me and said they wouldn't touch it because of the aforementioned after market radio - cute!.
I got frustrated and trolled Angies List for well rated car audio store. I called Car Audio Zone and explained the problem. They said bring it in, we should be able to solve the problem. I arrived at about 9:45 Thursday morning and they got me right in. While we were discussing options and possible new antennas, their installer said to hold off on new antennas as he thought he could trouble shoot the system and see what the real problem was. He did and it turned out to be a simple antenna adapter that went bad ($20.00 plus labor - no drilling for a new antenna needed).
These guys were fast, competent, and efficient; and interested in customer service. I wish I'd have found them in the first place.
I definitely would use them again and recommend them. These guys are 20+ miles from where I live, but worth the trip.

I was thinking of buying a new truck because I liked the features offered in the new trucks namely, Bluetooth, I-Phone integration and GPS plus my truck is also now going on it's 6th year I bought it in 2007. I was advised by a friend to look into a possibility of putting an after market system which would enable me to have all the new features I was looking for and keep my ford as it only has 81,000 miles on it. I started looking for what will work for me I called many places most of these places are listed on Angie's list and google. Car Audio Zone was the only place that took the time to listen to me and make sense of what the solution to my need was. I ended up getting a Pioneer AVIC-950 with all the speakers changed out also installed a sub woofer. I now have no need to go and buy a new truck now about Car Audio Zone the manager was very Straight forward to the point and addressed all my concerns, the price was also much less than retail stores and the Job was clean. I recommend this company to every one who needs any after market mobile entertainment. I have also noticed that they had 3M tint and Viper Alarms there I will be back to get my wife that tint and Alarm set up for Christmas.

I called the night before and made an appointment for first thing the next morning. I arrived on time and they went over the replacement process let me know of any issues that will be involved and then gave me the price. They installed the player very quickly (in an hour) and showed me how to use it. I was very impressed with them and the installation. I highly recommend them and will definately use them again for all of my audio needs.

No problems with the installation. Professionally done. The owner is very approachable.
