 + -1 moreBLAKE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE VIA E-MAIL. HE CALLED ME WHENEVER INTEREST RATES MADE SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO ASK IF I WANTED TO LOCK THE RATE. HE WAS ORGANIZED AND PREPARED WITH ALL THE PAPERWORK. I WAS ABLE TO DO ALMOST THE ENTIRE PROCESS VIA E-MAIL, PHONE AND FAX. BEST OF ALL, THE CLOSING COSTS WERE SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN TRADITIONAL BANKS.
