Every spring there is a host of things to do around the house to get it ready for summer. These tasks include thoroughly cleaning the pool and DE filter. Cleaning out the gutters that have collected pine needles and leaves over the winter. Replacing any failed sprinkler heads that have worn out or broken over the winter. Powers wash the driveway and front walk. I used to take care of these tasks, but with my increase work load I looked for a home services company to delegate this work. Mike and his team did a great job with this entire task list. Mike also installed two new sprinkler heads in an area of the garden that wasn’t getting enough water.
 
I discovered Mike is very knowledgeable about pool water chemistry and pool maintenance he is now cleaning and servicing my pool on a weekly basis. So far this summer no algae have been evident. 160 monthly

My old fence was 15 years old and was in bad need of repair. I call several companies for quotes to make certain I understood the entire process and cost. Mike was very responsive with his assessment of the project and price quote for the work. His price was not the lowest but he gained my trust during the bidding process and I that felt he would finish the job within his time estimate and hold his price. One important fact I appreciated is Mike and his crew all speak and write English. Everything I asked them to do I know they understood and I understood them.
In three days’ time Mike removed the old slats and post. Day four and five were spent setting post and letting the cement cure. The fence was installed on days six and seven. Everything is very straight; gates are aligned, in short a great job. Mike added some sand in a low spot on the fence line at no charge. He noticed the low spot while working on the fence.  All debris was removed and carted at the end of each day.
