+ -1 moreI hired Cal Tex Transportation to move a piece of equipment from Houston, TX to Midland, TX for my company. They showed up on time, and the driver had a very professional attitude while he was at our business. They secured the freight and made sure it was tarped to our liking before he left. They delivered to our customer the following day and was on time and was very professional with our customer. I would highly recommend Cal Tex to haul for any one. They have very nice equipment, and they have a very professional company.
Description of Work: We called Cal Tex Transportation about a quote for moving a cnc machine to midland, Tx. They were quick to answer our questions, and knew exactly the right answers for us on what our machine was and how to get it secured and delivered right. After several phone calls and getting wishy washy answers from other carriers and trying to talk us into other options we decided to go with Cal Tex. Cal Tex was very quick to have a truck show up and get the machine picked up, and did a great job by even helping the riggers to get the machine on their truck. Once the driver was loaded he was he was rap[id in getting the machine tarped and secured down properly to the trailer. After all was done driver came in and talked with us to let us know about what time he should be there to have the machine delivered to the customer. The next morning we didn't even have to call and check on the machine the driver called us to let us know the machine had been delivered and even told us who signed for the machine. We would highly recommend Cal Tex to move your freight.
