It went great. Usually when I give him call, he shows up really quick, very responsive and pricing was affordable. They also handled my parent's installation of the AC and everything went great.

Carlos did a great job. He came out on a Sunday and correctly diagnosed the main problem. He returned with the new motor on Monday and we had A/C again by early Monday afternoon. We discussed the zone control issues (we have a 4-floor house with upper and lower zones). Carlos explained that both small motors that drive the damper valves had failed. He returned on Tuesday morning with the new motors and we had proper zone control again (after it had not been working properly for several years). His diagnoses were correct and his charges were very reasonable. He knows his A/C technology better than any other technicians we have experienced over the last 30 years. He is polite, professional and efficient. We will use Carlos again and strongly recommend him to others.
