THE OWNER REQUESTED A DOWN PAYMENT BEFORE STARTING WORK. HE DID NOT FINISH THE JOB AT SCHEDULED TIME AND SOME ITEMS WERE OVER CHARGED. IT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO PAINT ONLY THE FLOOR OF THE DECK AND LEAVE THE WALL OF THE DECK UNPAINTED.
