We help you identify the true value of your residential real estate property, not just what CAD says and not just what MLS lists. Experienced in providing valuations of homes from under 1,000 sf to 10,000 sf or over for estate settlement, pre-listing, pre-purchase, divorce and asset management purposes. Available for assignments in Houston and surrounding areas. While we also provide appraisals for lenders for mortgage purposes, please know that a lender would rarely accept an appraisal that they had not ordered through their own resources.. So, IF YOU NEED AN APPRAISAL FOR MORTGAGE/LENDING PURPOSES, you might want to discuss this with your lender prior to ordering an appraisal. Otherwise you may end up paying for two appraisals, the one you order from us and the one the lender requires you pay for through them. We would hate for you to pay twice. That would not be fair. Speaking of payment, we no longer take credit cards. But we are happy to accept your personal check.
