Budget blinds put some shutters in my two bedrooms on long windows. I had several problems with their service. First, it took a total of almost 3 months from the time I paid the deposit to have them installed. The salesperson told me that they could achieve the look I wanted, then the manufacturer said that it wasn't possible. When I told them that I would find someone else, miraculously they could now do it. When I finally had them installed the installer told me that the windows had been measured incorrectly and they had to be sent back for alterations. After the final installation I had to get them back to re-fit one of the shutters as it would not close properly. They did give me a discount, but frankly I would have rather had the shutters as I originally wanted them and without the inordinate waiting time and hassles.

It was a good experience. The person, Jody Martin, I believe, showed up on time, measured my windows and gave me an estimate. She later had the person who would be installing the blinds come by and measure again just to make sure. The blinds were delivered within the time frame given and installed. They look great and appear to be good quality. I am very happy with the results. They accommodated my busy schedule, too. I had blinds installed by a different company on Kirby, near West University, a few years ago. They charge for coming out to measure, and the blinds are more expensive so I'm glad I found this company.

Budget Blinds came out and measured like they said they would and installed the blinds the very day they were supposed to, and I have no complaints. They are a good company and I would use them again.

The installation was scheduled as soon as the blinds were made, and the installer was on time. After he installed all the blinds, he checked them, and they worked great. The blinds look really nice and they fit perfect. The blind man did an excellent job.

The gal from Budget Blinds answered my call promptly, which was followed up with an estimate and installation. She was very reasonable with her prices, and was able to explain the different grades of material, in addition to the advantages and disadvantages. The installation was scheduled as soon as the blinds were available, and she was on time. She did an excellent job, and the colors blend perfect with my carpet.
