It went great! Not a single problem. Kirby is super nice, he came to the house & gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. On the cut day the crew showed up a bit early, got to work right away & didn’t stop until Kirby delivered lunch. They hauled off large pieces of trunk & chipped the smaller stuff & cleaned up well before leaving. I was very impressed.

They came out at the same day while it was heavily raining with the best price for the service. Kirby was honest and had all the right equipment for the job. I highly recommend these guys.

The tree trimming was done very well

Excellent service. I was given the exact cost before the service was performed. Everyone showed up when they said they would and they cleaned up after the trimming. Both trees look great!

Excellent. The guys are professionals and know what they are doing. The supervisor was also present. Everyone spoke English, so no room for miscommunication since (to my dismay) I do not speak enough Spanish to communicate intelligently. The end product was to my 100 % satisfaction. The trees, bushes and Palm tree look great. They left the place very clean as they used a shredder. I also like that the shredded items go into a compost and will be used again by other gardeners. They work very efficiently.

BranchBusters was on time and worked efficiently. They trimmed all trees reviewed and gave excellent advice on how much to trim and where to trim large trees. They cleaned both front and back yard when finished. On site manager and tree trimmers were neat, clean and personable.

Very well. The crew of 5 arrived 15 before actually scheduled, went right to work and did an excellent and very efficient job doing exactly what I had requested. The supervisor, Fernando, was very professional and even trimmed a hedge in the front of the house that was not previously discussed. I will definitely contact Kirby in the Spring for some much needed landscaping.

After experiencing the carelessness of their competitors I was impressed with the care taken by Branchbusters to prevent damage to my landscaping below the trees being trimmed. The arborist was friendly, understanding about my concerns, made suggestions to prevent overcutting the problematic trees to preserve the trees, and quoted me a competitive price. The work crew showed up early, cut branches down into sizes that could be carried without damaging other landscaping, cleaned up all the cut branches, and completed the job efficiently. I'm totally satisfied and would recommend them to others.

I sent a message to Branchbusters last week Friday, 7/15/16. Today is Thursday, 7/21/16, and I still have not heard from them. I don't know how they have an "A" rating on Angie's List. I have used Angie's List many times and have never experienced this. Customer Service obviously does not mean anyting to Branchbusters.

We called to get an estimate for the job late one morning and Kirby was at our home approximately one hour after we hung up. We discussed what needed to be done and after Kirby gave us what we determined to be a fair price, we asked for the job to be performed the following Wednesday morning. The workers came right on time and finished the work quickly and completely. This was the second time we utilized the services of Branchbusters, and we would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

He was very knowledgeable and I thank him for all his ideas & recommendations! I never could have come up with the ideas for the landscaping he did. He is a good listener, very nice and I just can't speak more highly of him! Very good guy!

Kirby White came out within hours of the time I requested a quote. His workers came when they said they would and worked safely and almost without stopping until the job was done. They did not damage our home or property in any way and left things cleaned up. It was a pleasure to watch them strategize and use the ropes to lower the high limbs. They took away all the wood we did not want for firewood. They were excellent, excellent, excellent in every way.

He worked me in right away and he did a good job.

hist I would recommend Branchbusters to anyone who needs work done regarding their trees. Kirby White is a wonderful, caring, person. He cares about you as a person as much as he does taking care of trimming yours trees. I'm glad I joined Angie's List and when I searched for tree trimmers, Branchbusters was the first company I looked at. I read a lot of the reviews for his company, "BRANCHBUSTERS" and that sold me immediately. I have nothing but praise for Kirby and his company, "Branchbusters." Kirby also answers his phone immediately. I didn't have to leave a message or be put on hold. My only regret is that I didn't bother to look in the past years and discover Kirby and Branchbusters. I always stayed with the same company in the past but this time since I just joined Angie's List, and I decided to utilize them. So anyone that needs their tree trimming and anything else involving your trees don't hesitate to give them a call. You won't be disappointed. Kirby and his company are prompt, reasonable, and do a great job in trimming and also cleaning up. It is great having a person that does work for you who is pleasant to deal with and truly cares about your well being and not just your trees. I am so glad I found Branchbusters and I will recommend them to my friends and anybody else I know or meet that are in need of his services. I couldn't be happier especially utilizing his company for the first time and I am definitely pleased. Thank You Kirby and your company Branchbusters for a great job, great price, and promptness. First of all, let me say that dealing with the people at Branchbusters was very enjoyable. Sharon and Kirby are great! They usually answer their phones and when they don't, if you leave a message, they will promptly call you back. They show up on time. They care about their work, and last but not least, they treat you with respect! As far as my experience, I won't go into extreme details, but I will say that they did a great job of installing my root barrier. However, during the process of installing the root barrier, Branchbusters made a mistake, a mistake that was very inconvenient. Nonetheless, in the end, Branchbusters took full responsibility and did what they had to do to fix the problem. If you ask me, that's what really matters when dealing with any company. It's such a joy knowing there are still companies out there who put customer satisfaction above all else. Thanks you Sharon and Kirby. You have a customer for life!

The service was timely and professional.

the project of trimming the trees at my house went ok, the job was done one week late but it was done well. My biggest problem came when I recommend them to my mother in law. The company went to her place to give her a quote, and she accepted their price. When the owner came to do the work he said the price needed to be triple what was earlier quoted and refused to do the work! I can not recommend them to anyone.

The results exceeded our expectations. We originally got a quote from another AL provider and were shocked when they told us it would cost $2,400 to trim two trees and cut back a shrub (what?!). When Kirby's quote came in so much lower (but still higher than we estimated - this is not an inexpensive endeavour, apparently!), we expected that perhaps the results wouldn't be as thorough as if would have hired the first company. We were wrong - the trees are gorgeous. Branchbusters did an exceptional job at trimming the dead wood, raising the canopy to the perfect height and cleaning up thoroughly. After they left, we noticed a nest in each tree that they had been careful to not disturb. Highly recommended, two thumbs up.

They did a pretty good job. They were punctual when they came to give me an estimate and the actual work. They cleaned up quite efficiently after the job was done. I felt their estimate was on the high side though!
