A previous idiot contractor (who shall remain nameless only because I don't know who it was) raised the level of the existing parking lot and covered over an existing drain, splling some concrete down the drain in the process. The spill was just enough so that the drain became clogged with leaves and when it rained the parking lot flooded. I called three contractors from Angies's List, and Boswell Construction was the lowest bidder. I was completely satisfied with the work and timeliness of Boswell Construction.

They were very professional, met all of my expectations for quality and cost, and charged as estimated. I will use them agin in future work and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Great! Boswell's people were on time and worked efficiently through the entire process. They seemed to regularly go the extra step in ensuring that the work met all specifications and structural requirements. The worked directly to the quote and added in only at my request for an extra smooth finish and cut patterns for finished concrete floors. Final cleanup was thorough. Communications with the project manager and Boswell staff was regular and helpful.
