When we signed up the contract, they had mentioned (not promised) that it would last up to 1 year. After 3 months, all kinds of bugs started showing up. When I contacted them, they were responsive but asked me to take pictures of bugs and send them. I sent them at least 4. Now, they would blame it on weather, outside bugs, unlucky house, and everything else under the sun. When confronted as to why outside bug did not show up for the first 3 months after spray, they did not have an answer. Their response range from Mocking to Shouting.

Bomar Pest Control was the termite inspection service offered by the home inspector that we use for the home inspection on the house we are buying. They came in during the middle of the home inspection, did a walk through of the outside of the home and inside looking for termite activity. Several times during the walk through he stopped to update us and make us aware of some of the possible issues that we need to address. Bomar Pest Control was very professional, made us very comfortable, and made us think about needing a pest control service after purchase. Based on their termite inspection, we are most likely going to utilize their extermination services.

Did a great job with the inspection -- he could have glossed over the process, but took the time to explain some things about the home that could use some tweaking in terms of potential problems, gave advice on what to look for and how to prevent termites, and even gave the inspector a heads-up on something he saw in the attic (water heater).  We plan on using him for pest control -- very laid back and personable guy, and taking a few minutes to talk with a potential customer goes a long way in earning new (and referral) business.

They are fine. I wouldn't use them if they weren't. They are reliable and reasonable. I trust them and they do a good job. The overall experience is excellent. I will continue to use this company.

I called Bomar Pest Control to see if he could do a Wood Destroying Insect inspection report and he came to the house the very next day.

Mr. Bomar was cordial, on time and professional throughout his inspection and reporting to the buyer of the home.
