Our team conducts a variety of projects for commercial and residential properties throughout the greater Houston area. Our company has an A+++ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. We have a keen eye for detail when working with glass and mirrors, and upon completion of the job, your space will look immaculate. We specialize in custom mirror installation such as back-splashes and walls, antique mirror reproduction, mirrored furniture, and vanity mirrors. As well as, custom tub/shower enclosures, both framed and frame-less units and window repairs. Our Montrose shop can provide you with crystal repairs, table tops, shelves and more. Our shop cuts every order custom to create what you need for your glass or mirror project. We come out to measure and quote your project at no cost to you. So whether you need shelves, as long as it is not tempered. They can also come pick up and dispose of any glass that you no longer have use for., mirrors of any size or color including antiqued mirrors, table tops to framed and frame-less showers we can get your project done for you. "We are very sorry Mr. [member name remove] is not happy with his table or service. We strive to provide excellent service and appreciate our customers of many years. Mr. [member name remove] brought into us a wicker table and wanted a tempered piece to go into it. We originally made a paper pattern to send off to our supplier to get the top made. Unfortunately somewhere the measurements were off because it was slightly too big. We then immediately had a glass pattern made that fit perfectly to his table and sent it back off to our supplier to redo the table at no cost to Mr. [member name remove] because it was our mistake. The new piece came in and it fit his table like a glove. When Mr. [member name remove] brought it back, he said it didn't fit and the lady who was helping him flip the table around to place it inside. Sometimes pieces have to go in a certain way because of the way the table may be cut. He then stated that what he wanted was for the table to fit into the groves of the wicker table, which is something that was not originally stated when the glass top was ordered. We informed him that if he choose to have a table top like that, then one, it would be uneven in place since the wicker goes up and down like waves and two he would have to purchase a new one because this was not specifically stated in the original order and there is nothing wrong with the table top he had. As much as we would have like to redo the table for Mr. [member name remove], we cannot redo it at our cost since it was never specified that he wanted the top to match the groves of the wicker table. We sincerely thank him for being a loyal customer and hopes he can understand why we could not replace his table top."

I called back later with exact measurements to order the glass, and it was ready a few days later. They were flexible about pick-up times, helped me load it into the car, and the measurements were right on. Hand-polished edges are smooth and safe to touch, and corners were "bumped" (slightly smoothed) as requested.
