Overall, very well. We were very impressed with Neel Bonner, the owner, and his knowledge. We don't think he had even been gone 5 minutes when we called him to say we were ready to hire him to do the job. Once the job was done, he came back and gave us both a "class" to learn how to program and use the system. His drawings were very well detailed as well the water schedule. We love not having to drag the hose out now to water the lawn, which we have been doing for 13 years. The system also has a rain detector, so it knows when not to water. My only issue was the office staff who did not communicate as well as I thought she should have, so there was confusion on the start date. Fortunately, I am retired, so I wasn't taking a day off from work, but I had set up my schedule to be present as they would not have been able to get in our backyard.

French drains were beautiful. Sump pump seems to be good. Pipes were moved pretty well. So overall, I think they've done a great job so far. For the scope of the job, there were only some minor problem with replacing some landscape items but overall it was good.

Excellent. Installation was timely and clean-up was excellent. Neel provided a final sketch of the system which included all heads, bubblers and valves.

Everything went well.

Team drew up a schematic of my yard with their suggested irrigation outlets throughout the yard. Work was performed quickly and professionally.

Neel and the foreman addressed our concerns about head placement for future landscaping.  Since the area was so large a trenching machine was used; the lines once covered were hardly noticeable.  They did a great job and I will definitely be using them for other areas of my property when ready.

Neel was punctual, knowledgeable, and has a keen eye for level and home dimensions for his drawing.  He was professional and his on-the-spot estimate seemed about right for the job at $760.  Unfortunately, we needed to do about 20' more of pipe because the previous pipe was buried too deep.  That moved the final price an additional +$250, which is a high, compared to the other work done and since I provided the extra pipe. 
Ramon and his crew were punctual, professional, and worked hard installing. 
However, he could have brought more fittings and pipe which would have cut down his overall time from going all the way back to his shop instead of using the Lowe's 4 blocks away.  One of his workers cut a wire which cut off one of the sprinkler runs and they had to come back to repair it, plus the receiver for the downspout was not close enough to the house for the gutter installer, so they had to install 2 of my couplings (again, not enough equipment and parts for the job). 

This was the second time I had them. I used them in July and then again in August. I got estimates and they weren't the cheapest or the most expensive either. They were kind of in the middle. Neal came and I felt he really understood my drainage system. He really solved my drainage situation. I had two places that I wanted him to look at to tie two additional areas into the drainage system because I never had a drainage system in that area. It was the same crew both times and they were very good.

Excellent.  The men who came were friendly and professional.  We addressed some concerns caused by overgrowth of landscape and they could not have been more helpful.  I rated them good for price because they charged a fair price.  It's not the cheapest, however, I believe to a point, you get what you pay for and Blue Water provided excellent service for a good price.

They did a great job, they did everything I needed them to do.

They are good. They are okay. They don't stand out that special. They are reliable and we have used them for twenty years. They will stand by their product. The prices are reasonable. They come out when expected. You don't get a relationship with one person as you get a different guy coming out each time.

Neal came out and drew up the system as to how it would be installed and gave us an estimate for the job.  He addressed all of our needs regarding the lawn and the flower beds. He also offered us additional components which we decided to install.  There was never any pressure to purchase Blue Water's system.
The installers were very prompt, knowledgable and worked efficiently.  After the system was installed Neal returned and educated us on how the system worked.  He also adjusted any of the heads that needed to water the lawn more efficiently.  One area was not being water, so another head was installed.  We paid a deposit when scheduling the job and the rest when it was completed to our satisfaction including a "as built" drawing.
It has been great this summer not dragging hoses around the yard and it couldn't have looked better.

He came over to look over the entire yard and did a rough sketch of it and talked about all the different options. They did the trenching unbelievably fast and it covers my entire yard including my flower beds. They got all of the work completed within a day and a half. They also came out to do an adjustment on one of the sprinkler heads free of charge. I'm very pleased with them.

They were supposed to put in a different drainage system. The heads they put on the nozzles do not work correctly. The water that comes out evaporates and doesn't hit the spots it is supposed to hit.

My yard was decimated after a major renovation of my house.  Before I had the yard sodded, Blue Water Irrigation installed a sprinkler system that has kept my new lawn beautiful. 
I took bids from 4 different contractors that had top ratings from both Angie'sList and the BBB.  Blue Water's price was middling of the quotes I received.  From start to finish and beyond, Blue water's representatives have always arrived on time and completed their work quicker than I expected.  The installation went the same way - they arrived when they said they would (and called a half hour in advance as requested), installed a quality system and finished on time.  The system has worked great from day 1.  I have had this system for almost two years and it still works like new.
After the landscapers fully planted the yard and shrubs, Blue Water came out a couple of times and made adjustments to the system to accommodate the plants used and changes in the landscape design.  They made these adjustments without any additional charges.  They were always on time and completed the work quickly. 
After the incredible experience I had with my primary residence, I asked if Blue Water could help me out with fixing some problems I had with the system at my lake house that is about 90 miles away.  They agreed to help me out and we had a day and time set up a couple of days later.  Again, the guys arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently.  That system is now working better than it ever has.  The bill for this work was lower than I expected and the Blue Water technicians spent some extra time showing me how I could make minor adjustments to the spray heads before they left.
Overall, I believe that Blue Water has done a truly outstanding job.  They use high quality products that work well and last.  Their team knows what is needed for lawns and landscape and are able to design the perfect system for each application.  Everyone, from the initial design meeting with Neel to the technicians installing, adjusting and repairing the systems arrive on time and do what they say they will.  I unequivocally recommend Blue Water Irrigation
