Our business is dedicated to delivering the right service at the right time. We work very hard to take care of our clients with what they need and deliver all the information needed to help make informed decisions. Bill Fortner decided to start his own company with his family to provide the maximum service level to clients. His goal is to raise the standard of service for all Houston homeowners. For several years, I searched for a quality HVAC service company could get my A/C system to properly cool the 3rd floor of my house, to no avail. I discovered Blue Label Services about five years ago and have used them ever since. Not only did they deliver what no one else could, they are dependable, reasonable priced, and honest. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them.

I have lived in my house almost 7 years. Every year I have to have a repair done. So of all the A/C companies that have been in my attic, this one has been the most honest. They thoroughly explained to me what mess I had in my attic unit and no one has ever been honest with me. Because I have a tight budget I could not afford for anyone to fix my problem and had a friend do it for me. But I highly recommend Blue Label Services to everyone. They can be trusted.

It was a great investment. They got to my house early in the morning and worked straight through till it was complete. Before we had it done I’d wake up four or five times a night because our house was so hot. Since the new unit was installed I have had the best sleep. Thank you Blue label.

Blue Label is top notch. We have two homes and the condenser coil went out on one of our units. We received a quote from one company and decided to get another quote. We contacted Blue Label and they sent someone out the next day to check out our system and quoted a price lower than the first quote. The employees are very professional and perform quality work. We also, had Blue Label check out the system on our other home and perform maintenance. We like the service so much that we have set up a yearly maintenance contract with them for both homes. We would recommend Blue Label to anyone needing work on their HVAC system.

On both occasions, the technicians were efficient and timely in all respects. The first visit was for A/C repairs (in August) and I was offered several options to consider before he began the work. The second occasion was for a six month check-up of the A/C and heating system. I have lived in this house for over 30 years and, needless to say, have had to have A/C work done in the past, but never have I experienced the professionalism and expertise that was provided by both representatives of this company. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who needs work done on their A/C or heating systems to immediately contact Blue Label Services as they will not find a more knowledgeable, professional, punctual or economical company in the Houston/Harris County vicinity.
