BLUE HAVEN POOLS & SPAS

Blue Haven Pools is not an Accredited BBB member and poor installation coupled with the cheapest labor and installation products is the reason why. Blue Haven was not my first choice, however my wife felt more comfortable working with a female salesperson, Ms Kelly because I would be out of town during pool installation. Ms Kelly did a great job of up selling my wife $80k and did not get a waterfall or multicolor lighting package.

MY POOL IS BEAUTIFUL!! If you are thinking of building with Blue Haven the answer is YES! After being disappointed by several other builders and even starting the process only to stop before excavation... I called Blue Haven with the hope of saving the summer for my family. Not only did they save the day but did it despite horrible rainy days and other set backs. The process was not perfect but Jimmy made sure to always be there to answer questions and make any wrong right. He even took calls on weekends! I am confident that he and Phill will be there to make sure my family enjoys our beautiful pool for many years to come! Thank you Blue Haven for making this summer a wonderful one for our family!!

Jimmy is been very helpful every time he comes over to look at my pool,he also show me how to run features and the system if I have questions, I will definitely recommend him and his company blue heaven

I was very disappointed in the way this company handled itself.  We signed up online to get some info/flyer (which we never got) and Blue Haven contacted us directly about setting up an appointment.  We agreed sense they called us to hear what they had to offer.  The day before the guy was to come out and meet with us he called and asked if he could change the appointment date since he was working in the shop all day.  We said yes that is fine and set a new date a week later.  The guy no showed on that appointment and we got a phonecall a week later saying he had an emergency.  At this point we started to say no, but finally we figured we would give them one more chance and set a new time two weeks out (earliest they had), which he no showed again on.  We have not heard from them since that appointment time and have no plans on contacting them again.  If this is how the company does their business when trying to get a new customer I can't image how horrible the construction process or warranty would be with them.  I would avoid them as their are a lot of pool companies in town.  I wanted to share my experience incase someone was looking to get a quote.

Blue Haven Pools did not impress me at all. They were in the middle of doing an in-ground pool for me & a hurricane hit so that slowed up the process quite a bit. In addition, they also had a bad work ethic. They would say that they were going to show up at a certain time & then never did. I wouldn't hire them ever again.

Blue Haven Pools came out to build our pool for us. We were very pleased with this company and the pool that they installed. We shopped around a little, and even though it seemed very expensive to get a pool, we chose them which was in the range of most others. The crew that built it was a very pleasant group to have around and worked hard in our eyes to complete it. The final results was something we are more than happy with, and we enjoy our pool very much. We have not had any problems at all with it, and they let us know that if we had any problems to just give them a call.

THE INITIAL POOL INSTALLATION WAS VERY GOOD. PHONE COMMUNICATION COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. THIS COMPANY IS VERY BUSY AND WE FOUND OUT THAT YOU HAD TO KEEP ON THEM TO GET THE JOB DONE. THE REPAIR CREW THAT FIXED THE CRACK DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND NOW YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL WE HAD A CRACK AT ALL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT WE HAD TO BE PERSISTENT AND DEMANDING TO GET THE QUALITY PRODUCT WE PAID FOR.
