Great service.

Sean was very personable and professional. He came in and cleaned my tankless water heater and made recommendation for when to service it again based on his findings. I will definitely use Blue Fron Northwest again when I have plumbing needs.

Blue Frog told them no service charge to come out, then found out it was the pilot light that was out, they said $125, she said you said no trip charge, did you at least light the pilot light? they said no, she convinced them to light the pilot light and they dropped it to $75

Trent came out and used the snake. When finished, he showed me the snake, saying it is mud from a broken pipe. There was no mud, just stuff marks. He then ran the camera, and we could not see any broken pipe nor mud. He went as for as to wrote it in his conclusion that it is clogged by mud. The reason he lied was to offer me an 8,000.00 job to dig under the house to repair a pipe that is not broken. He proceeded to offer me financing. When I asked him for a copy of the camera footage, he said yes, but after I paid him, he told me he would only give me the conclusion, which was a lie. There was no mud at all. I talked to the owner and told how disrespectful he was to me , he defined him without any apology. This company is out to rip you off wanting to offer you finance for something you don't need. This is a shisty company. Trent is nothing but a liar scaming people. The owner did give me a copy of the camera footage. Nothing was found. It did unclog the next day, probably from the snake. The only thing I could see was toilet paper.

The good is, they were definitely professional and reliable the bad is they’re kind of expensive for what they do. For example, I asked them to come out to fix a water heater and they came out there and saw that there was no outlet for the water heater and they charge me $250 just to say that there was no outlet there. seems a bit excessive for doing nothing. i would understand like a $75 trip fee but anyways I imagine your other fees are probably that high as well. Anyways, I can’t tell you if they have a good service or quality of work because nothing was done but I can say that they’re definitely professional and reliable and come out pretty quickly so if Budget is not a concern for you then definitely try them out.

Blue Frog quoted me about half the cost that was given to me by a bigger name company. The service was quick and we did not experience any issues or inconvenience. Would definitely recommend!

This company didn't provide repair options to me, instead, technician only suggested me to pay big money to replace the whole pipes for the house.

Spent about $500 per hour to get water Main repaired. When I asked if the repairman would replace the spigot handle which had sheared during the freeze and was part of the same line, he said no. ?It wasn?t part of the quote?. The company was very aware that I was diabetic and would need to eat something at noon. At 1205 I came out and told the repairman that I would be back from Subway in 15 minutes. He said that he would be done in 5 minutes so I shouldn?t go. I didn?t. He did not approach me with the paperwork until 1230. He was also annoyed that I did not sign saying that I was happy with the service.

I had a FANTASTIC experience from start to finish. Customer service was A-1 and I was kept informed about the cost from the start. The project required more work than initially anticipated due to the damage being more severe, but they took care of it with their dig crew same day with minimal damage to my yard sod. I have already referred them to another family member in need of their services, so although I can’t attest for other peoples experiences, I am very satisfied!

They came at 10Am when they said it would be between 10 and 12. They explained what they needed to check before starting the project and then explain the cost depending on what needed to be done. They were very professional.
